Do I need a prescription to order?
We offer both prescription (power) and non-prescription (plano) lenses. While you do not always need a physical copy to browse, we strongly recommend consulting an eye care professional before wearing any contact lenses.
How long do the contact lenses last?
We offer various durations including daily disposables, monthly, and yearly lenses. The lifespan starts from the moment the sterile seal is broken, regardless of how many times they are worn.
How should I clean and store my lenses?
Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Use a multi-purpose contact lens solution to rinse and store them in a clean lens case. Never use tap water or saliva to clean your lenses.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the medical nature of the product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
