Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and factory-sealed contact lens packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your contact lens vials or blister packs are unopened, undamaged, and still in their original sterile packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our beauty support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your return to our processing center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
